Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, black olives, capers, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
