Ingredients:
- 8 oz of pasta (of your choice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes, black olives, capers, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
