Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season them with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
- Dip each shrimp halfway into the melted chocolate mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle a bit of sea salt over the chocolate-dipped shrimp.
- Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
- Once the chocolate has set, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
