Instructions:

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season them with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  2. In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
  3. Dip each shrimp halfway into the melted chocolate mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle a bit of sea salt over the chocolate-dipped shrimp.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
  6. Once the chocolate has set, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
