Shrimp with Chocolate

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes for a bit o' heat
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Start by melting the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Toss in the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat them evenly with the chocolate sauce.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
