Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions:
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with sour cream and serve with lime wedges on the side.
