Pirate's Plunder Cake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
- Preheat your galley to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Finally, stir in the boiling water. The batter will be thin. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
