- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil large enough to wrap around it.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then top each fillet with a tablespoon of butter.
- Place a couple of lemon slices on top of each fillet.
