Red Wine Turtle Burger with Brie Cheese

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 brioche buns
- 8 slices of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup caramelized onions
- 1/4 cup arugula
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, red wine, chopped pecans, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form them into burger patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the burger patties to your desired level of doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Toast the brioche buns on the grill or skillet until lightly golden brown.
- Place a slice of brie cheese on top of each burger patty and allow it to melt.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the brie-topped patty on the bottom bun, topping it with caramelized onions, arugula, and the top bun.
