Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with olive oil to create a garlic paste.
- Rub the garlic paste all over both sides of the steaks. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or a skillet over high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
