Pirate's Plunder Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- Cheese slices
- Lettuce, tomato, onions (optional toppings)
- Condiments of your choice (ketchup, mustard, mayo)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well to incorporate the seasonings throughout the meat.
- Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster for a minute or two.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the bottom buns and adding your preferred toppings and condiments.
