Angry Pirate's Grilled Steak and Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
- Fresh rosemary
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
- Mince the garlic cloves and mix them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Toss the potato cubes in the garlic mixture until well coated.
- Lay out a large sheet of aluminum foil and place the potatoes in the center. Fold the foil into a packet, sealing the edges tightly.
- Place the potato packet on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Season your steaks with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Lay out the steaks on the grill and cook to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare).
- Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the grilled steaks with the garlic potatoes and garnish with fresh rosemary.
