  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
  3. Mince the garlic cloves and mix them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Toss the potato cubes in the garlic mixture until well coated.
  5. Lay out a large sheet of aluminum foil and place the potatoes in the center. Fold the foil into a packet, sealing the edges tightly.
  6. Place the potato packet on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Season your steaks with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Lay out the steaks on the grill and cook to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare).
  8. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Serve the grilled steaks with the garlic potatoes and garnish with fresh rosemary.
