Angry Pirate's Savory Crocodile Stew

Ingredients:
- 1 lb crocodile meat, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the crocodile meat to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the carrots and potatoes, and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Add the paprika, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Stir to combine.
- Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the crocodile meat is tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve the crocodile stew hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
