Ingredients:
- 1 whole bone-in ham (about 8-10 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan.
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, and ground cloves to create a glaze.
- Brush half of the glaze over the surface of the ham.
- Cover the ham with aluminum foil and bake for about 2 hours, basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ham is caramelized and heated through.
- Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
