Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan.
  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, and ground cloves to create a glaze.
  5. Brush half of the glaze over the surface of the ham.
  6. Cover the ham with aluminum foil and bake for about 2 hours, basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ham is caramelized and heated through.
  8. Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
