Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Place the ham in a large roasting pan.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, bourbon, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon.
  4. Cook the sauce over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Pour half of the sauce over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.
  6. Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake for about 2 hours, or until heated through.
  7. Baste the ham with the remaining sauce every 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of cooking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
  9. Let the ham rest for about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
