Ingredients:
- 1 (17.3 oz) package frozen puff pastry thawed.
- 5 eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Vegitable cooking spray
Instructions:
- Spread out puff pastry out on work surface. Cut each pastry sheet into 6 equal rectriangles.
- Combine cooked eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese.
- Spoon mixture into middle of 6 rectangles.
- Place remaining 6 sheets of pastry rectangles on top of filled rectangles.
- Press together with a fork to seal. Spray pockets with cooking spray.
- Place in air fryer bascket or racks and cook at 375 F for 8-10 minutes or until puffed and browned. (You may need to cook these in batches.)
