Instructions:

  1. Spread out puff pastry out on work surface. Cut each pastry sheet into 6 equal rectriangles.
  2. Combine cooked eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese.
  3. Spoon mixture into middle of 6 rectangles.
  4. Place remaining 6 sheets of pastry rectangles on top of filled rectangles.
  5. Press together with a fork to seal. Spray pockets with cooking spray.
  6. Place in air fryer bascket or racks and cook at 375 F for 8-10 minutes or until puffed and browned. (You may need to cook these in batches.)
