Grandma Carole's Pretzel Jello

Ingredients:
- 2 cups coarsely ground pretzels
- 1 1/2 sticks butter- melted
- 16oz cream Cheese
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 envelopes of Dream Whip
- 2 3oz packages raspberry Jell-O
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 small boxes frozen raspberries
Instructions:
- Mix coarsely crushed pretzels and butter together in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Spread evenly and press into pan. Bake at 400F for 10 minutes. ; Do not over bake
- Let it cool.
- Cream together sugar and cream cheese. In a separate bowl make Dream Whip according to package. Combine the two mixtures together and beat until smooth. Spoon mixture over the cooled pretzels layer.
- Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling pineapple juice.
- Add the frozen raspberries.
- Let stand for 10 minutes or until Jell-O begins to jell.
- Pour/spoon over top of cream cheese mixture.
- Chill for at least an hour.
