Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In large bowl stir together tomato puree, salsa and garlic powder. Spread 3/4 cup sauce mixture in bottom of a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Reserve remaining sauce.
  3. Cook pasta as per instructions on box until al dente.
  4. Cook turkey in large skillet pan sprayed with cooking spray, over medium heat. (turkey no longer pink, beef till brown).
  5. Stir in taco seasoning, water and cream cheese, stirring until cream cheese is melted; simmer until thickened.
  6. Stir in refried beans and chillies.
  7. Fill cooked shells with filling (carefully as shells can rip).
  8. Place filled shells in prepared baking dish, top with remaining sauce.
  9. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes; sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. if desired.
  10. Uncover and bake 5 to 10 more minutes.
  11. Serve topped with Cilantro and sour cream(optional).
