Instructions:

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  4. Place a lettuce leaf on a slice of bread, then add a generous portion of the egg salad on top.
  5. Add tomato slices on top of the egg salad.
  6. Top with another slice of bread to close the sandwich.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
