- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (your choice)
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced onions

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- 3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- 4. While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in the skillet.
- 5. To make the garlic aioli, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- 6. Assemble your burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices.
- 7. Spread the garlic aioli on the top half of the burger bun, then place it on top of the assembled burger.
- 8. Serve the burgers hot with your favorite sides and enjoy!
