Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, raisins, nuts, dried cranberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Beat the egg and add it to the meat mixture. Mix until the egg is fully incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs or mini meatloaves and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush the meatballs or meatloaves with barbecue sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
