Pirate's Red Wine Infused Chicken Voyage

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 yellow onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup red wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, then remove them from the pan.
- In the same pan, add sliced onions and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
- Deglaze the pan with red wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
- Return the chicken breasts to the pan. Cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the chicken breasts with the wine-infused onions and garlic on top.
