Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onions are soft.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let the chili simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. While the chili is simmering, grill or boil the hot dogs until cooked through.
  5. Toast the hot dog buns in the oven until they are slightly crispy.
  6. Place a hot dog in each bun, top with a generous amount of chili, and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped white onions if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
