Buccaneer's Egg Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
Instructions:
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Place a lettuce leaf on a slice of bread, then add a generous portion of the egg salad on top.
- Add tomato slices on top of the egg salad.
- Top with another slice of bread to close the sandwich.
- Serve and enjoy!
