Broccoli Cheddar and Rice Casserole

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat your galley to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Stir in the cooked rice, broccoli florets, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese into the mixture.
- 4. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- 5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
- 6. Bake in the preheated galley for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and the cheese is bubbly.
