Ingredients:
- 4 flamingo breasts
- 1 cup rum
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Season the flamingo breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rum, orange juice, and brown sugar to make a marinade.
- Place the seasoned flamingo breasts in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Remove the flamingo breasts from the marinade and sear them in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and let it reduce until it thickens into a sauce.
- Serve the flamingo breasts drizzled with the rum and orange sauce.
