Angry Pirate's Spicy Bell Pepper Stroganoff

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1-2 chili peppers (adjust to your spice preference), minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add the diced onion, bell peppers, and chili peppers to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the skillet with the stroganoff mixture.
- Stir in the sour cream and let the dish simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
