Tator Tots Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your galley (oven) to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef mixture and cream of mushroom soup.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the beef and cheese layer.
- Bake in the preheated galley for about 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
