- Ground beef
- Knorr Bouillon Beef
- Harmons New Mexico Chili Powder Hot
- Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium
- White Quinoa - as a rice substitute
- Canned tomatoes
- Kidney beans
- Onion
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until onions are translucent.
- Stir in the Knorr Beef Bouillon, chili powder, salsa, canned tomatoes, and kidney beans.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes to an hour, allowing flavors to meld.
- While the chili is simmering, cook the white quinoa according to package instructions.
- Serve the chili hot over the cooked quinoa. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste.
