Spicy Pasta Tomato Meat

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces of pasta (such as spaghetti or penne)
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, then remove any excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce and toss to combine.
- Serve the spicy pasta tomato meat hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
